Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Fynix Task, including our website, web app, mobile app and related services (the “Services”), provided by Fynix Tech (“Fynix Tech”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Fynix Task is an AI agent workspace built by Fynix Tech in Singapore. It lets you hand tasks to AI agents and follow them on the web and on your phone.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
  • If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

3. Our services

  • The Services include AI agents, plugins, skills, message channels (such as Slack, Telegram and Discord), templates, and the web and mobile apps.
  • Features may change over time. Some features may be labelled as preview or “coming soon” and may be incomplete.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details safe, and for all activity under your account.
  • Tell us straight away at jojosam@fynixtech.sg if you believe your account has been used without permission.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Services to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright and privacy.
  • Do not send spam, malware or harmful content, or use agents to harass, deceive or impersonate others.
  • Do not try to access other users’ data, disrupt the Services, or get around usage limits or security measures.
  • When you connect third-party platforms, you must also follow their rules.

6. AI output

  • AI agents can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it, publish it or act on it, especially for legal, financial, medical or safety matters.
  • Actions agents take for you, such as sending messages through a connected channel, are taken on your instructions.

7. Plans, credits & payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Prices are shown on our pricing page and include applicable GST where stated.
  • Agents use credits as they work. Unused credits may expire at the end of a period, as described for your plan.
  • Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

8. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the content you submit and the output created for you, to the extent permitted by law.
  • You give us permission to host, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You confirm you have the rights needed for the content you upload.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including the software, design, logos and the Fynix Task name, belong to Fynix Tech or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Services.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Fynix Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

  • You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Services or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
